Work Experience:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution in Psychology is required.
• A master's degree or technical studies in Psychology is desired.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience working with children, including managing PSS cases directly is required.
• Experience working with children/youth programming, psychosocial support, or child protection with an NGO, INGO, or UN agency is required.
• Knowledge of Computer skills is required.
• Languages: Fluency in Romanian and Russian is required. Basic knowledge of English.

Position Overview:
The Psychologist will be responsible for the implementation of PSS activities carried out in school environments and different settings. (S)he will be responsible for the provision of group Psychosocial activities to the target population, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of the clients.Reports to: Psychosocial support (PSS) Specialist
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead, design and implemented psycho-educational and psychosocial support groups for children and adolescents in different areas.• Design and Provide age-appropriate culturally relevant group PSS group activities for children, adolescences.
• Identify protection risk and children and adolescence at risk and make proper referrals following the established referral pathways.
• Participate and support Psychosocial assessments and evaluations.
• Maintain an effective working relationship and regular communication with other psychologists working on the same project and with other colleagues in the organization.
• Maintain effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders including community groups, organizations and other implementing partners.
• Identify potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Keep all client’s files updated and secured, including updated data base and all the relevant documentation, according to the Data Protection and Information sharing Protocols in place.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from an accredited educational institution in Psychology is required.
- Master degree or technical studies in Psychology is desired.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience working with children, including managing PSS cases directly is required.
- Experience working with children/youth programming, psychosocial support or child protection with an NGO, INGO or UN agency is required.
